It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure that any information on products & services available on this website are suitable for individual needs and we take no liability for misuse or misinterpretation of the materials. SkinGoals Aesthetics reserves the right to change it's terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately.

The content found within this website are protected by international copyright laws and other intellectual property rights. We, or other third party licensors, are the owner of these rights.

All product and company names and logos mentioned in our web site are the trademarks, service marks or trading names of their respective owners, including us.

You may download material from our web site for the sole purpose of using it as a information resource for our services. However, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute, by any means or in any manner, any material or information on or downloaded from our web site including, but not limited to text, graphics, video, messages, code and/or software without our prior written consent, except where expressly invited to do so.

Pricing of products and services are subject to change at any time without any prior warning or notices.

Treatment prices may vary from client to client based on individual programs and recommendations of product or service tailored for specific needs.

When purchasing a pre-paid treatment program, clients may receive further discount/savings, as such the payment for the program must be made in full prior to first treatment. The client hereby acknowledges that the fee for pre-paid packages is non-refundable in part or whole, including in the event that a client circumstances change, the client is unable to attend or opts to discontinue the treatment.

Treatment programs are non transferable in part or whole to any other treatment or individuals.

Treatment programs when purchased as combined/bundled areas must be redeemed together on the same day (i.e. the areas purchased in this package cannot be redeemed over separate appointments).

We require at least 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellation. Failure to attend an appointment or notify the clinic of cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeit of the prepaid package fee of that particular appointment or 25% of the full-price of the session. Please see our cancellation & refund policy for further information.

All pre-paid treatments have an expiry, which is not extendable and commences from date of purchase.

All  Package have a 12-month expiry. A treatment consultation is required before the first session. If a treatment purchase is made prior to having a consultation, we may agree to transfer to another alternate treatment of equal value to what has been purchased, if at consultation it is determined that another treatment is more suitable. No refunds will be issued, only a transfer to a more appropriate treatment.

Some treatments may require purchasing of additional products and/or treatments to obtain optimum results, advice will be provided at consultation.

PROMOTIONAL PRICES

At our discretion, promotional prices will be offered on selected treatments. The following terms and conditions apply to promotional purchases:

• Promotions are valid for a limited time only and can only be purchased during this time period and no extensions will be granted;
• If you have been quoted a price during a promotional period and choose not to accept, we reserve the right not to honour that quote once it has expired;
• Promotional items adhere to our cancelation & refund policy along with expiry & treatment program terms and conditions;
• Promotions which include multiple treatment/s or area/s must be redeemed together and cannot be split up;
• Please choose carefully as we do not refund or transfer/exchange services or products purchased at promotional or full rates as per our cancelation and refund policy;
• Any specific additional Terms and Conditions will be uploaded to our website for the duration of a promotion if our standard terms & conditions do not cover the promotional offer.

Due to the nature of our business, we have a strict cancellation policy. Please ensure you read & understand our cancellation policy.

All new clients should arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time in order to complete consultation paperwork.

We require 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment, failure to provide 48 hours notice or failure to attend your appointment reserves us the right to forfeit a pre-paid treatment or redeem 25% of the full-price of the treatment, the value which must be paid before any further service or product is provided.

SkinGoals Aesthetics does not provide a refund on services or products for change of mind.

Under Australian consumer law refunds or exchanges may be granted where there is major fault/problem.

When purchasing a gift card with Skingoals Aesthetics the following terms & conditions will apply:

• All Gift Cards have a 12-month expiry from the date of purchase. After the gift card has expired, it is no longer valid – all transactions will be declined. Expired gift cards will not be accepted
• All Gift Card Vouchers must have a serial number written on the voucher to be valid, and the voucher may be redeemed without original card if client can supply the serial number.
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for refund or transferred to another gift card.
• Lost, stolen or damaged cards are unable to be replaced
• Not applicable to sale items.

ORDERS

Once You submit an order, you cannot cancel it, once products have been released. All orders are subject to acceptance by SkinGoals Aesthetics and at our discretion. Orders can only be made within Australia.

Whilst we endeavour to fulfil all orders, we cannot always guarantee that we will have stock. You will be notified if the items you selected is/are out of stock.

Prices include GST but exclude delivery charges. All prices are subject to change without notice. 

DELIVERY
Delivery will commence once payment has been processed and validated. Items will be shipped within 24 hours during business opening hours. SkinGoals Aesthetics is not responsible for any damage that may occur throughout delivery process. Damaged goods will need to be consulted with Australia Post on the purchasers behalf. Tracking is included; however, SkinGoals Aesthetics is not responsible for the loss of goods or theft once dispatched. 

PRIVACY POLICY
Upon checkout we require your name, physical address, email address, phone number, credit card details and how you heard about us. Information is securely stored in our system as part of your personal file. This allows us to stay up to date with your skin purchases and any relevant information. Your personal information remains confidential and will not be shared with the public. You can review this information at anytime by request. Any changes to this information can be made by informing us of any changes. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are unhappy with your purchase please call 0432 560 593 or email info@skingoalseasthetics.com so we can best assist you with your concern. Refunds are not applicable for change of minds. Refunds are only applicable in the instance of a true skin reaction approved by our Skin Therapist. We highly recommend taking photographs in the instance of a skin reaction.

Gift Cards Promo

              Gift Vouchers: Spend $350 get $500, Spend $150 get $200, Spend $80 get $100.

• Gift Card promo is only applicable to redeem $50 for injectable treatments. Cannot be used towards full treatment purchases.

• Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• 48 hr cancellation policy applies to all appointments.
• If cancelled within 48 hours – Gift Card will be void.
• Gift card number must be quoted at the time of booking.
• Full value of gift card must be used in 1 transaction/appointment and not split over multiple appointments.
• Gift Card cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
• Valid on full priced treatments only.
• Gift card can’t be exchanged for cash or credit.
• Git card is non-transferable.
